WEBSITE ISSUES
We occasionally get reports from customers saying they cannot get on the website - often this is just an issue with the browser you are using or a network issue somewhere in the system.
We take this issue very seriously as you can imagine - let us know if you have issues - but if you can - please try accessing the website with a different device, or different browser first.
We always report this to our hosting company - & they are very responsive & helpful - below is a response from my latest report to them - if you can - it would help us if you can carry out these checks - which will give them a better idea where there might be a problem...
